Accolo is a US-focused Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) company that was founded upon a simple premise: there had to be a better way to connect the two people who matter the most in the recruit-to-hire process — the hiring manager and the candidate.

Given the unpredictable nature of hiring and the rise of web-based applicant tracking systems, job aggregation sites and social networks, we set out over 14 years ago to develop a unified and streamlined recruiting platform to identify, recruit and hire your most critical asset — high performing employees.

Since our inception in 2000, Accolo has refined our data-driven, patented recruiting process to now offer our clients full service, scalable Recruitment Process Outsourcing solutions for mid-size and enterprise businesses.

An experienced executive in the talent management space, Luis was formerly President of HumanConcepts until it was sold to Saba Software, where he became SVP of Saba’s Talent Management division. Luis also served as CEO of online marketing services provider Lyris Inc, where he grew revenues from $4 million to $45 million and was named as one of the 100 most influential leaders by B-to-B Magazine.

With more than 18 years of sales and leadership experience within the Human Capital Management industry, Kurt currently leads the Accolo Sales team and has established countless new RPO relationships with top-tier clients, including Best Western, PayPal, and Dentsu Aegis. Prior to joining Accolo, Kurt served a 14-year career with ADP in a variety of sales and leadership roles, most notably leading and developing five top-performing sales teams within the Phoenix, Arizona area. Kurt also drove successful sales engagements for Cornerstone OnDemand and Cisco.

With over 7 years recruiting experience with Accolo and a degree in Astro Physics, Cicely brings unique recruiting insight through metrics-driven performance and a true understanding of the objectives of the partnership. Cicely has successfully supported the implementation of hiring best practices and talent acquisition programs to a variety of enterprise clients including Dentsu Aegis, PayPal, Zynga and Best Western. Prior to joining Accolo, Cicely managed the inside sales team at GreenPoint Mortgage, overseeing the hiring functions.

With seven recent years in RPO consulting, he brings depth in recruitment program development and team management to his diverse client list. Previously, Andy worked in consulting and agency staffing environments, where he developed experience recruiting for a wide range of clients, skill sets, and situations.

Before MarketBridge, Lauren implemented field and digital marketing programs for HR technology firms HumanConcepts and Saba Software.

Accolo is about the relentless pursuit of connecting the two people that matter; the hiring manager and the person who is the perfect fit for the job.

It’s no secret that hiring the right person for each role can positively impact a company’s ability to execute its mission, reach its milestones and ultimately increase shareholder value. A well crafted and implemented hiring program also impacts the company’s brand. By giving everyone who applies a fair shot at being considered for each job and getting back to each applicant regardless of the outcome, the person applying for the job is respected and, in turn, is more likely to think positively about the company. After all, each applicant may also be a consumer, shareholder, referral source, future hire, employee of a supplier, your brother, sister, cousin, mother (you get the idea) or someone else you care about. It’s just us! We are enthusiastically committed to removing the barriers between these two people.

We envision a time when everyone who wants a job can find one, and the person with the opening can fill it with minimal distraction. Imagine the impact of cutting national unemployment by 30% to 50% just by eliminating this noise between the opening and the ideally suited person.
